Kannada actor-politician Ambareesh’s son Abhishek is all set to begin with his debut project titled Amar. The film will be directed by Nagshekar. Well, to get ready to face the camera, Abhishek is going under training sessions and is doing everything for his debut project. He recently trained in martial arts and kickboxing from a premier fighting institution in Thailand. Abhishek will be seen opposite former Miss India finalist Tanya Hope.
Yesterday, Abishek Ambareesh’s debut film Amar got a small launch attended by the director and other team members. Abhishek’s parents Ambareesh and actor Sumalatha also attended the intimate puja and muhurat event yesterday.
After a small launch event of the film, the makers of Amar are planning for a big launch. Reportedly, this event will be attended by many popular stars across the nation, specially from the 80s. The event will probably happen in the third week of June, as per reports.

On working with Abhishek in his debut film, Tanya recently said in a recent interview to the New Indian Express, “I have known Abhishek for a while now, and he had been talking about working on a film. I am glad to be a part of his debut launch.”
On roping in Tanya for the role, the director said, “Tanya is the next big thing in Sandalwood. I wanted somebody who could match Abhishek, who himself is very talented. I am glad to have found the right heroine opposite the actor.”
It is rumoured that star pair Ambareesh and Sumalatha will make a special appearance in their son’s debut. However, there has been no confirmation regarding the same yet.
The film is being produced under the banner Sandesh Productions. Satya Hegde will be cranking the camera and Sania Sardhariya will be designing the costumes.
