Kannada actor Dhruv Sharma who was popular for his stint in the Celebrity Cricket League passed away in the early hours of August 1st, 2017 due to illness. Dhruv was seen in Kannada film Snehanjali which hit the screens in 2007 and was a player of the team Karnataka Bulldozers in the Celebrity Cricket League. Dhruv was appreciated many a times by his team mates and colleagues from the Kannada film industry and was much liked by Kannada top star Kichcha Sudeep.
Dhruv is said to have passed away due to multiple organ failure because of his illness and breathed his last in the early hours of August 1st, 2017. Dhruv is survived by his wife and two daughters. According to a report in TOI, Dhruv’s colleagues from the industry or his friends were not aware of any kind medical condition he was in. His demise has shocked the entire Kannada film industry.
Dhruv Sharma is said to be deaf and mute and despite his physical disabilities, the actor made it big in the Kannada film industry. Dhruv’s father, Suresh Sharma, who is also an actor in the Kannada industry and a businessman by profession.
Dhruv acted in couple of movies like Snehanjali and Thippaji Circle among others which brought him great recognition and appreciation. Known to be a person with big heart, the South Indian film industries are mourning the demise of Dhruv Sharma and many celebrities are posting their condolence messages on social media.
