Kannada actor Guru Jaggesh, son of actor Jaggesh, stabbed in Bengaluru after a scuffle on road

In what seems straight out of a movie scene, actor Guru Jaggesh was stabbed in broad daylight in Bengaluru after he has a scuffle with a person on road for over speeding. The actor turned politician was on his way to drop his son too school when the incident happened. Gururaj’s car was rammed by another car when he was on his way to drop his son and argument broke out between the two which led to the stabbing, media reports suggest.

According to emerging reports, around 8:30 AM Gururaj was on the Matadahalli road near Military Center to drop his son at the school when a car rammed into his car from behind, but did not stop. Guru, after dropping his son, chased the car and the two had a heated argument and threatened each other with dire situations with influential power. And in the heat of the moment, Guru was stabbed by the other person, Shivashankar, who fled the location after the incident.

In an attempt to avoid the stab in his stomach, the knife got stabbed in the thigh of Guru who is now being treated at a private hospital in Bengaluru. The police have verified the CCTV footage and figured out that the assailant details. The car, as per the registration number, belongs to one Krishnegowda and Gururaj is said to have no enmity with this person.

The police are however investigating the case from all possible angles and making sure that nothing is left out.
