Meghana Raj and Chiranjeevi Sarja's wedding details revealed!

Since a very long time, there were a lot of speculations over Kannada stars Chiranjeevi Sarja and Meghana Raj dating. The couple always chose to remain tight-lipped about their relationship. However, they got engaged in a private ceremony last October in Bengaluru, which was one of the highlights of the year.

Now according to reports, the couple is all set to tie the knot on May 2. The wedding is going to be grand with elaborated series of celebrations. The families of the couple have geared up for the arrangements in full swing. The wedding is going to be on a grand level.

Well, the wedding is going to be in two parts and will continue for two weeks. The first Catholic wedding will be in a Bengaluru church and then a traditional Hindu wedding at White Petals in Palace Grounds. The wedding reception will be held same day and will be attended by close friends and family members. More details about the big event is expected soon.

Talking about her Church wedding, Meghana told Times of India, “An English-themed event, it will have me walking down the aisle in a classic white gown, while Chiru will be togged in midnight blue. Later, I will have a photo shoot like Lady Diana surrounded by flower girls.”

For the second wedding, the actress will be wearing a traditional Kanjeevaram sari. Interestingly, it is going to be similar to what Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was wearing at her wedding.

Chiranjeevi is the brother of actor Dhruv Sarja and nephew of Arjun Sarja. His grandfather is the veteran Kannada actor Shakti Prasad. On the other hand, Meghana is the daughter of the celebrity couple Sundar Raj and Pramila. The actress made her acting debut with the Telugu movie Bendu Apparao R.M.P in 2009 and has acted in a number of Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil films as well.
