During a recent interaction with a leading news agency, Parul Yadav—who is currently shooting for the Kannada remake of ‘Queen—said that the Vikas Bahl directorial needs to be remade in all language as its plot/subject is quite relatable.
“When I watched ‘Queen’, I asked myself why I didn’t get such a role. I’m glad I’m part of its Kannada remake. The story of Rani, unfortunately, can be found in every Indian household. It’s very sad that a lot of women go through such a phase in their lives<” she added.
Moreover, Parul stressed that the character of Rani is quite an inspiring one and can motivate Indian women to fulfil their goals.
“It’s a great character. Just like Rani, a lot of Indian women are vulnerable and they need such a story to motivate themselves; to rise against all odds and evolve in life,” :Parul said.
Interestingly, the Kannada remake of ‘Queen’ is titled ‘Butterfly’ and went on floors on the occasion of Parul’s birthday. Shortly thereafter, the actress shared its first look poster on Twitter and gave her fans a reason to celebrate.
