The makers of KGF starring Yash and Srinidhi Shetty hosted a pre-release event on Sunday, which was attended by Baahubali director SS Rajamouli. Director Prashanth Neel’s movie is releasing in five languages (Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam) and in two installments titled Chapter 1 and 2. The film is the talk of the town ever since the first intense trailer of the film was released. Also, all the eyes were on the film as KGF is clashing with Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero on December 21.
SS Rajamouli was the chief guest at the pre-release event of KGF. At the event, Baahubali director was all praises about Yash. Rajamouli said, “A Bus Driver’s Son has become a top star in Kannada industry.” Well, Yash has struggled his way to be where he is today. The actor enjoys a huge fan following all over and is all set to spread his wings in the Hindi film industry as well with the dubbed version of his Kannada film. Yash made his film debut in 2007 with Jambada Hudugi, playing a supporting role in the film, and since then, he has been successful in the industry.

Excel Entertainment’s ‘KGF’ is set against the backdrop of the Kolar Gold Fields in Karnataka. KGF would mark as Excel Entertainment’s first Kannada venture. The film that is releasing on December 21 showcases the story of Rocky (Yash) who aims to win the world and conquer the bloodiest gold mine. KGF is a period drama that traces the history of gold mining and the mafia running in the fields of Karnataka’s Kolar region.
