Upendra’s autobiography has an intriguing title

As far as lovers of Kannada cinema are concerned, Upendra is a name that well and truly needs no introduction at all. During a successful career that spans over two decades, the versatile star has won the love of fans courtesy his stylish personality, energetic performances, and simple personality. Moreover, he has done some truly memorable films and established himself as an integral/inseparable part of the film industry

 Now, there is good news for his fans. As it so happens, his autobiography—which is set to be released soon—has been given a rather intriguing title. Believe it or not, it is titled ‘Idanna Odbedi’ which means ‘do not read it’. The 144-page autobiography is going to feature some interesting incidents from the actor’s life. According to the publisher, the book’s first 10 pages will be a treat for the Real star’s die-hard fans.  Well, we are sure that Upendra’s autobiography will indeed be worth a read.

Interestingly, the autography comes at a time when Upendra is all set to enter politics and add a new dimension to his career. Recently, he had said that his entry into politics does not necessarily mean that he will be quitting films.

“I want to do something for the citizens and therefore I came into politics, but it looks like I will need time to involve myself with it completely. I have never said that I will leave cinema. I just needed a gap, to set right the system,” he had added.
