Dulquer Salmaan is arguably one of the most popular young stars in Malayalam cinema today. And, now, he is in the limelight for an awesome reason. In an exciting development, the Mollywood heartthrob just took to Insta and shared an adorable video of his daughter. In it, DQ’s angel can be seen playing with a toy car and enjoying herself.
While sharing this video, he wrote that—just like him—his daughter is fond of wheels.
“Of course she’s into wheels !! What did you expect ? 😂😂🤣🤣 #prouddaddy #daddyslittlegirl #pebbles #morelikebambam #putchkoo #wheelspin #mybabygirl,” he wrote.
In case you did not know, DQ is a huge biking enthusiast and used to go on biking trips during his formative years. His passion for wheels was touched upon in his film Solo. As such, based on his video, it can safely be said that the little one truly is daddy’s girl.
On a related note, 2017 was a not all that great a year for Dulquer. His highly ambitious Solo did not live upto expectations and turned out to be a disappointment for his fans. It also ran into a controversy when the makers altered its climax without the director’s consent.
At present, he has Mahanati in his kitty. The film is based on the life of actor Savitri and will see him essay a character modelled on Gemini Ganesan. A while ago, he had said that he will not be mimicking ‘Kadhal Mannan’ on the big screen.
“I’m not going to look like him. I can’t, honestly, and I don’t want to wear prosthetic. My approach is simple. I would like to be me in the 1950s and play myself if I was a big movie star. I don’t think I should attempt to play Gemini Ganesan, and the director also agreed. You don’t really have any off screen footage of him. You don’t know what kind of person he was off screen,” he had told a leading website.
So, did you like his video? Comments, please!
