Malayalam heartthrob Dulquer Salmaan is spreading wings of talent in Bollywood as well. The actor made his Bollywood debut with Karwan co-starring Irrfan Khan and Mithila Palkar. Directed by Akarsh Khurana, Karwan is a travel film and about three friends. The film released this month and received a positive response from the audience and critics. Meanwhile, the superstar will begin with the second Bollywood film. This will be Dulquer’s second film in Bollywood after Karwan and will be alongside Sonam Kapoor. The film will be an adaptation of a book with the same title written by Anuja Chauhan. The expectations for the film are quite high since the book is one of the bestsellers.
Now, there are reports that Dulquer might be playing cricket star Virat Kohli in the Sonam Kapoor-starrer The Zoya Factor. However, the actor has denied the reports saying that his role in the film is fiction and is not based on anyone. Asked about it, Dulquer told IANS: “The book was written long time back. I don’t think it is based on anyone in particular. It is fiction.” Asked more about it, Dulquer Salmaan said: “We will start shooting by end of this month.”

Meanwhile, Dulquer was last seen in Telugu hit, Mahanati. Based on the life of legendary actress Savitri, the film also starred Keerthy Suresh, Samantha and Vijay Devarakonda.
Dulquer will begin shooting for the Bollywood film, The Zoya Factor that stars Sonam Kapoor in the lead and the Tamil movie, Vaan. The film is releasing in April 2019. Also, Dulquer has got an amazing kick-start to his Bollywood debut. Fans can’t stop raving about his performance in the Karwaan.
