Here's what Karwaan director Akarsh Khurana has to say about Dulquer Salmaan's command over the Hindi language
Dulquer Salmaan is looking forward to the release of his Bollywood debut film, Karwaan starring Irrfan Khan and Mithila Palkar in the lead. Well, fans are quite excited to catch their favourite star speaking in Hindi on the big screen. While you want to watch the actor on the big screen, director Akarsh Khurana is in all praise for the actor over his command on the Hindi language

“Dulquer is very good with Hindi, he is very good with languages. So, I didn’t have to work hard. He does all the hard work and makes things easy for us,” said Akarsh in an interview to Deccan Chronicle.

Akarsh further adds, “I had a fantastic experience working with him, he is a multitalented actor. I feel very privileged that I am working on his first Bollywood film.”

Meanwhile, Akarsh is also busy promoting his film High Jack that is all set to release this Friday release.

Karwaan is touted to be a light-hearted drama about a road trip. its a story about three people from different walks of life meeting on a road trip. The film will also mark Mithila Palkar’s Bollywood debut. An Akarsh Khurana directorial, it also features Amala Akkineni in a key role. Besides, it is also the directorial debut of Akarsh Khurana – the dialogue writer for Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and 2 States. A major part of the movie has been shot in Kochi and Ootty.

Earlier, while talking about his Bollywood debut film, Dulquer had said, “Karwaan became an absolute eye opener once I joined the entire team. Akarsh is a director of great clarity and with his incredible sense of humour and dry wit about everything he made sure shoot always left a smile on your face. The superb acting talents such as Mithila, Amala Ma’am, Akaash sir, Kriti, were all such a joy and inspiring to work with. Debuting in Hindi couldn’t have come through a better film or team. It’s an unforgettable shoot and there are times I wish it lasted longer. I hope the film itself becomes a grand success cause everyone on this film deserves it.”
