Parole Trailer: Mammootty’s intense avatar as a prisoner piques curiosity

Parole stars Superstar Mammootty, Iniya and Miya George in the leading role. The movie is set to release at the end of this month.

Mammootty starrer Parole has postponed its release date to April 5, 2018

The much awaited trailer of Parole was released today. The movie marks the directorial debut of ad filmmaker Sharath Sandith. Mammootty will be seen in the role of a prisoner in Parole.

Mammootty will be playing the role of a rebel in the film that is based on a true story. Iniya plays Mammootty’s love interest in the film. The couple is living a peaceful life with their son.

The trailer gives the audience a peek in his life inside and out of the jail. The theme music of the trailer creates a sense of strong emotions which goes along with the visuals filled with pain, love and some action in it. In the trailer Mammootty is seen inside the jail talking about different people surviving inside, and how they have a backstory deep inside them which eventually becomes a reason why they commit crimes.

Prabhakar who impressed audience with his villain avatar in Baahubali is reportedly playing the antagonist in the movie. Miya George, Siddique, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Lalu Alex, Sudheer Karamana will be seen essaying important roles. The movie is set to release at the end of this month.

Mammootty is presently busy with the multilingual Mamankam, a period drama based on a Malabar folklore. The movie is currently being shot in Karnataka.

He will also be working with the ace filmmaker Santosh Sivan for another period drama. The movie which is titled Kunjali Marakkar is presently in the post production process.

Surprising his fans, Mammootty recently announced Kottayam Kunjachan 2 during an event in Kochi last week. This movie is a sequel of his blockbuster 1990 action comedy film which was directed by TS Suresh Babu. The announcement came on the day of Aadu 2’s 100 day celebration where the megastar was the guest.

As per reports, he has signed three other sequels – Big B, Pokkiri Raja and CBI 5.
