Aadi isn’t the typical action film you get to see in Tamil or Hindi. The audience may get disappointed if they expect a movie on similar lines. It is a realistic film with only a few action sequences,” director Jeethu Joseph as saying by TOI.  Jeethu also says that Pranav pulled off the stunts all by himself despite they hiring a dupe for him. “We have used Parkour for the scenes. We had initially roped in a dupe to perform the scenes from France but Pranav said he would like to try it himself. Pranav pulled it off well. Everybody on the sets appreciated his guts and determination,” the director further added.

The film was launched in July this year along with Mohanlal’s film Odiyan and both the films are being shot currently. Pranav Mohanlal has gone through a complete makeover for his debut film and is seen sporting short hair and trimmed beard. And it is also being reported that Pranav Mohanlal will be seen playing as aspiring music director in ‘Aadhi’.
