Actress Isha plays a mother to a sixteen-year-old teenager in the film. Earlier, sharing her experience about that, the actress had said, “As an actor, observation is key. Thankfully, I’ve watched a child grow up in my house and that came to my rescue in a big way. I think all the maternal instincts came alive for this one and I had a blast being a mommy on screen.” Adding to her experience was spending time with everyone in the U.S, she says, “We shot with an extremely small crew and often joked that we felt like we were doing a student film but that was the best part about it. I also managed to take some time out for just chilling on the streets, swinging by Spanish festivals in between work. Also, we celebrated Onam with the crew in the US and had the traditional Sadhya which was quite fun.”
