Malayalam top star Dileep has been in the news lately for reasons he might really not like. After being allegedly named by one of the accused in the case of kidnap of a Malayalam actress, Dileep was questioned by the cops investigating the case but has claimed innocence in the case.

According to reports, Dileep was even blackmailed by one of the accused to cough up a huge sum of money else they would name him as the mastermind of the case. Dileep registered a complaint with the police and produced all the call recordings regarding those threatening phone calls.

Now according to latest developments, there might be some more bad news for Dileep. The actor’s upcoming film titled Ramaleela was slated to be released on July 9th, 2017 but now has been postponed due to delay in the post production works of the film.

According to director Arun Gopy, since the post-production works were taking some more time, the makers decided to postpone the release of Ramaleela to make sure the output is perfect.

Dileep in Ramaleela

The Ramaleela team is in a race against time to clear hurdles of the post production work. As it requires more time than expected, we would like to inform our dear friends and well wishers that the release date has been postponed. The new date will be declared at the earliest. Thanks for your  constant love and support,” wrote Arun Gopy on his social networking page.

Besides Dileep, Ramaleela also features Tamil actress Radhikaa Sarathkumar and Prayaga in important roles.

When the cops themselves train the alleged accused and prepare them for the interrogations, where is the integrity in the probe……if the law really wants to solve a case, it can be done…question is do they really want to solve this case or is this all a smoke screen. Releasing statements and preempting the accused is like, putting them on notice to get prepared.

The ruling party seems hand in glove and AMMA attitude also has been disappointing.

I think both the M were wise enough to be silent on the issue, than take sides.

Why would the police tell the accused that their statements are not matching.From.the time the crime happens to the conviction nothing should be revealed in other countries..Here since the conviction takes years and sensational cases are all the more publicised when it should be the opposite.

Anyway even if dileep gets convicted it will be for a few months.
