No, we don’t need to know about them. The need of the hour and what our society is sorely lacking today is GOOD role models. We need to learn about and teach our children about how great leaders, reformers, educators and scientists lived. For heaven’s sake, please don’t glorify the lives of goondas, hookers, porn stars etc. Our kids are watching…

Why shouldn’t a movie be based on an adult star? It’s easy to demean them but perhaps we need to see why they became adult stars in the first place. Not everyone has the same options in life.

Richa is a great actress but they should cast someone for whom shakeelas background is familiar. When casting biopics stop casting people that are removed from the biopic person.

What’s wrong with the film industry here? Does India not have great female role models that deserve a biopic? Movies are being made on porn stars and adult stars, porn stars being looked up to as role models. Wth is going on? How much will we stoop as a society? Where are our standards?
