See Poster: First look of Amal Neerad’s Varathan starring Fahad Faasil is out now

Fahadh Faasil’s upcoming film with Amal Neerad has been titled Varathan and the makers have now unveiled the first look poster. The director took to his social networking pages and unveiled the poster which is quite intriguing. Captioning the poster, Amal Neerad wrote – “The Outsider” and has also tagged Nazriya Nazim in the poster which has made fans excited. However, Nazriya is only co-producing Varathan with Amal Neerad with Fahadh Faasil in the lead. Varathan will also star Aishwerya Lakshmi as the leading lady. The cinematography of Varathan is being handled by Little Swayamp while the music is being composed by Sushin Shyam. The first look poster of Varathan has created quite an excitement around the film and fans are now eagerly waiting for more updates about the film.

Fahadh Faasil and Amal Neerad have collaborated in the past for films like Iyobinte Pusthakam, 5 Sundarikal and Trance which have all become decent hits. Varathan will be the fourth film for Fahadh and Amal together. And with Nazriya being a part as the producer of the film, fans of the cute couple are pretty excited about Varathan.

Nazriya Nazim is also making a comeback in films with Koode which is being directed by Anjali Menon. Koode also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran who would be seen playing Nazriya’s brother in Koode. Parvathy TK would be seen playing a lead role in Koode which is slated to be released in July this year.

Fans of Fahadh and Nazriya have many a times expressed that they have missed them in films and with their return to the forefront, looks like its going to be an exciting period in Malayalam cinema. Fahadh Faasil and Nazriya Nazim were last seen together in Bangalore Days which was Anjali Menon’s directorial debut. Bangalore Days also starred Nivin Pauly, Dulquer Salmaan, Nithya Menon and Isha Talwar in other lead roles.
