Simbhu roped in for Alphonse Puthren’s Tamil film?

Simbu in Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan

Only two films old in Malayalam film industry, Alphonse Puthren is in high demand for directing star actors in Malayalam and Tamil film industries. After delivering the super hit film Premam, Alphonse hasn’t done any film in either of the industries. But rumours are rife that he will direct a star actor in Tamil film industry and he is in the process of preparing the script which suits the actor.

The director recently posted on his social media page that they are looking for actors for their upcoming film in the age group of 16-26 yrs and who have the capabilities to sing as well. besides acting. Rumours are also doing rounds that Alphonse will be directing Simbu in Tamil and discussions regarding dates and remuneration are in progress currently. Reports also suggest that Alphonse met STR recently and gave him a narration of the script and is waiting for a confirmation from the actor. However, the director has been unforthcoming regarding this project and are trying hard to keep things under wraps. Rumours are also doing rounds that if this project goes ahead, the film will be a bilingual and will be released simultaneously in Tamil and Malayalam.

Simbu is currently working on Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan which is being directed by Adhik Ravichandran. AAA will see Simbu playing a triple role for the first time in his career. The film also features Tamannaah, Shriya Saran and Sana Khan as the female leads with Kovai Sarala and Mahat Raghavendra playing key supporting roles.
