Last year, the lovely Akshara Haasan made her Kollywood debut with ‘Vivegam’ and added a new dimension to her career. In the spy-thriller, she was seen alongside Ajith Kumar and did justice to her role. Talking about ‘Thala’, she had said that he is a warm and friendly person.
“Ajith sir is a fine example to learn how to handle success. He is unassuming, warm and helpful. Since I’m also into photography, we got along pretty well. In fact, that was my ice-breaker!” she had added.
Now, Akshara is in the news for an awesome reason. In an exciting development, Akshara has been roped in to essay a crucial in actor Vikram’s next film,. Interestingly, it will be produced by her father/veteran actor Kamal Haasan under his production banner and is going to be helmed by ‘Thoongavaanam’ director Rajesh Selva. Confirming this, the director said that he was ‘honoured’ to be working with Vikram and the Haasans.

At present, he has ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ and ‘Saamy Square’ in her kitty. ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ is a spy-thriller and has been directed by Gautham Menon. In it, the ‘I’ star will be seen alongside Aishwarya Rajesh and Ritu Varma. On the other hand, ‘Saamy Square’ is an action-drama and is a sequel to the 2003 hit ‘Saamy’. In it, he will be seen alongside Keerthy Suresh.
