Actress Andrea has geared up for the shooting of her next, Kaa — The Forest, to be directed by Nanjil. The makers of the film recently made an announcement by sharing the first poster look. Well, the director now reveals quite a few interesting things about the film and Andrea’s character, which is going to be hippie-like.
While talking to a leading daily, the director revealed that there are no songs in the film. TOI quoted the director saying, “It was composer Amrish’s idea. After he heard the narration, he told me that the script is so packed that it has no scope for song insertion. He told me in a pretty serious tone to not include any songs even if he himself insisted at a later stage. Wherever required, there will be BGM, and the rest of the film will ride heavily on sound effects. Amrish will be giving a soundscape that complements the story — he will be using jungle sounds to enhance the narration.”
The director also revealed that the entire film will be shot in the jungle with no costume change. “The film is set in the jungles and narrates what happens in a single day. So, there won’t be any costume changes for the entire cast. We will be filming in the forests of Munnar, Western Ghats, Jharkhand and Andaman and Nicobar,” said Nanjil.
Meanwhile, the actress shared the first poster look of her from the film and wrote, “It’s been a long wait, but my new film #ka is finally going on floors it’s definitely WAY out of my comfort zone, but what’s life if you don’t constantly try to reinvent yourself #newbeginnings #backtowork #girlpower.”
