Vijay Antony is arguably one of the most talented stars in the Tamil film industry today. During his eventful career, this multi-faceted individual has worked in various capacities– right from singer to actor—and won hearts along the way. However, he has often been criticised for his limitations as an actor.
During a recent chat with a leading daily, he said that he is aware of his limitations and does not feel bad when someone points them out. However, at the same time, he said that critics are not wrong in highlighting his flaws.
“I don’t really bother too much about the criticism that I receive. I know what my limitations are. So, when someone points them out, it doesn’t matter. What they say might be true, but I can’t sit and feel bad about it. I am not saying what the critics say is wrong, but I don’t take it to heart. When you know what your flaws are, you can’t really blame anyone. You can only work hard to overcome the shortcomings and do your best,” added Vijay Anthony.
Well, this is quite a mature response and is bound to create quite a buzz amongst his fans. On a related note, Vijay Antony is currently gearing up for the release of ‘Annadurai’ which hits screens next week. In it, he will be seen essaying a double role and attempting to woo the audience. Besides him. It also features Diana Champika in the lead.
