Chekka Chivantha Vaanam will be bankrolled by Mani Ratnam’s production house, Madras Talkies, and will be a rustic story. Chekka Chivantha Vaanam is said to be an action thriller and will have Arvind Swami and Simbu playing brothers in the film. Vijay Sethupathi will be seen playing a rural rustic character, recent reports reveal. The music of Chekka Chivantha Vaanam will be composed by AR Rahman who has been a long time associate of Mani Ratnam for his films. And after their recent collaboration, Kaatru Veliyidai, won two National Awards, expectations on Chekka Chivantha Vaanam will be very high and fans will be eager to hear the tunes by Rahman. Malayalam actor Appanni Sarath too will be seen playing an important role in Chekka Chivantha Vaanam.
