Kamal Haasan began the weekend episode of Bigg Boss Tamil 2 on a serious note. He said that how violation of the law will not go unpunished. In a strict voice, he let know contestants that how they are playing the game without understanding things. “The general public is the boss for those who are inside the house and me. Those who forget this, no matter in which building they live in, will face troubles. Otherwise, they will be evicted,” he said.
During the episode, one of the people from the audience asked Kamal Haasan about why the contestants are repeatedly reminded to follow speaking Tamil rule only. To which, the host responded, “I’m a true-blood Tamil but I have a north Indian sounding name. This name was given to me by my father, so it did not change even as I have changed a lot. Many people in other languages have fallen in love with Tamil. Some have even changed their names, some didn’t. What’s important is the emotional connect with Tamil identity. Bigg Boss is already a successful brand. So we let it be.”
One of the viewers also opined that many on the show were being fake. To which, Kamal replied, “Thinking that they have understood all the nuances and techniques of this game fully after watching the first season, the contestants have become very stiff and fake. But they don’t understand that the audience can tell when they are acting.”
Kamal Haasan also shared the same thing with the housemates. The star interacted with the contestants and revealed that how viewers believe some contestants are being fake on the show. Besides, Kamal also lashed out at few of the contestants for breaking the rule of the reality show and not wearing a mic, which is the biggest violation.
Kamal wrapped up the episode by revealing that Ponnambalam has been saved from the elimination, while Ananth Vaidyanathan, Mamathi and Mumtaz were still in danger zone.
Finally, he announced, Mamathi Chari is the first contestant to be eliminated from Bigg Boss Tamil season 2.
