Chiranjevi and Ram Charan

Tamil Actor Raj Kiran is getting ready for release with Dhanush’s directorial debut Paa Paandi(Titled changed from Power Paandi). The trailer of the film released recently and it looks promising to be super hit film. While interacting with media few days ago, Raj Kiran made some scandalous comments on Mega Star Chiranjeevi and his son Ram Charan. It was about his role Ram Charan-Krishna Vamsi film Govindudu Andarivaadele.

Actor Raj Kiran was the initial choice for the role which Prakash Raj enacted. The actor even canned for few episodes with Ram Charan but later was left out for the second schedule, as per Raj Kiran. There were rumours that Chiranjeevi was the reason behind his ouster. Raj Kiran says that he was never informed that he was being replaced and that is the reason he feels insulted. “After Chiru watched the rushes, he felt that I dominated Charan hence they shortened the grandfather character and also replaced me,” said the actor.

Buzz was that Chiranjeevi wanted Ram Charan’s character to stand out throughout the film and not the one played by Raj Kiran. “I wouldn’t have minded if I was personally explained about the situation. But, as I was waiting for the next schedule, they replaced me and didn’t even bothered to inform me. This is not the kind of treatment senior actors expect from Chiranjeevi. The producer still hasn’t settled my remuneration up to Rs 10 lakhs,” says Raj Kiran. As the producer, Bandla Ganesh should have settled the payments which he failed to do and because of which Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan are facing the heat.

Chiranjeevi is currently working on his 151st film titled Uyyalawada Narsimha Reddy who is one of the first freedom fighters in India.
