Reports are hinting that someone from a political outfit may have leaked it online pointing out why it should be deleted from the movie. But the point that screams for attention is if it had to be deleted from the film, why was it leaked online and making it more accessible to everyone and to even those who haven’t watched the film.
The GST controversy around Mersal has gone to National level and is being discussed by many political outfits. Many politicians including people in power and in opposition have stood in support of the film and opine that the film is a work of fiction and should not be dealt with in such a harsh manner.
