Now, director Vijay Chander has responded to the film’s box office performance. In his heartfelt post, he said that he was grateful to fans and Vikram himself for making ‘Sketch’ a success at the box office.

Well, this is a sweet message and is bound to create a buzz amongst fans. In case you did not know, ‘Sketch’ is a heist-thriller and also features Tamannaah in the lead. This is the first time that Tammy has worked with Vikram. Sometime ago, she had praised the ‘I’ star and said that he is a very disciplined person.

“Vikram is an actor who has been around for long. His knowledge and talent can be well understood through his body of work. Yet every time he works on a new project he is still meticulous about it and is a thorough professional. Be whatever the weather condition, he always reported [on the sets] on time for the shoot,” she had said.

On a related note, this is a busy time for Vikram. He will next be seen in ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’. The film is touted to be a spy-thriller and also features Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead. Besides that, he also has the action-drama ‘Saamy Square’ in his kitty. In it, he will be seen alongside Keerthy Suresh.
