Filmmaker Gautham Menon survived a car crash in Chennai which happened in the early hours of Thursday when he was traveling from Mahabalipuram to Chennai. The director escaped unhurt from the accident which seemed to be a major one going by the visuals of the car. The luxury car in which Gautham Menon was traveling seems to have been damaged a lot, going by the images. The car rammed into the truck head on while it was on its way to Chennai. It is unclear yet of Gautham Menon was driving the car or if it was his driver who was driving. Gautham Menon is said to have sustained minor injuries in the accident. According to reports in leading news agencies, the road on which Gautham Menon’s car met with an accident is said to have many black spots which have been identified by the R&B department long time ago but no steps have been taken to fix the spots. Further reports about the car accident are awaited for.
Gautham Menon currently has a film lined up with ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ with Chiyaan Vikram which is slated to be released in 2018. Gautham Menon also has a web series that he would be presenting and announced about it recently. The web series is said to be about the story of four young techies who work all throughout the week and party hard over the weekend. Besides these two projects, Gautham Menon will also be trying his hands at acting with a brief role in ‘Goli Soda 2’.
