Actress Aishwarya Rajesh, who is perhaps best known for her critically-acclaimed performance in ‘Kaaka Muttai’—will soon be seen alongside Dhanush in his much-hyped ‘Vada Chennai’. And, as expected, she is quite happy about being a part of the film. During a recent interaction with Deccan Chronicle, she said that she shared a good rapport with Dhanush on the sets.

“I initially thought working with Dhanush would be tough. I had never interacted with him much when he produced Kaaka Muttai. But after we started shooting for Vada Chennai, it was very comfortable. I had a lot of freedom to perform in my style,” added Aishwarya.

Moreover, she revealed that shooting for ‘Vada Chennai’ was a challenging yet terrific experience. According to her, she interacted with locals and held fish in in her hand while filming some crucial scenes.
“We shot in many dirty and clumsy areas. We shot in Kasimedu’s slum area, and fish market; I even held fish in my hand and mingled with several locals, which was a different experience altogether,” he added.

In case you did not know, ‘Vada Chennai’ is a highly ambitious gangster-thriller and is being directed by Vetrimaaran. It is trilogy and has already created a buzz amongst fans.
Interestingly, besides ‘Vada Chennai’, Aishwarya has ‘Dhruva Natchthiram’ in her kitty. It is a spy-thriller and is being directed by Gautham Menon. She will be seen alongside superstar Vikram in this one.
