Veteran actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan has been in the limelight of late because of his impending entry into his politics as well as his severe criticism of the Tamil Nadu state government. In fact, sometime ago, he had confirmed that he would soon be forming his own party and getting his political career underway.
Now, the star is once again in the news. As it so happens, earlier today, Haasan met his supporters and asked them to focus on the development of education as well as healthcare facilities. Confirming this, a supporter said that the ‘Sadma’ actor also asked them to invite more young men to join them.
“We have decided to expand our welfare club association more broadly, in such a way, it would be more visible to the public. We would be concentrating more on the development of education, medical needs and agriculture. However, we will also continue to do organ and blood donation campaigns to invite more youth to join our associations. With more youngsters, we are going to expand our association, for the welfare of the people,” added the supporter.
Well, this kind of indicates that Haasan is all set to strive for change and lay the seeds for his political entry. On a related note, the actor recently confirmed that he will be collaborating with S Shankar for ‘Indian 2’ and gave well-wishers a reason to celebrate. He is, however, expected to wrap up ‘Sabash Naidu’ and ‘Vishwaroopam2’ before moving on to the ‘Indian’ sequel.
