Besides these two biggies, Kajal is also part of Ajith’s Vivegam which is currently the focal point of Tamil cinema.
There were reports about Kajal Agarwal being signed on for the remake of Bollywood hit Queen in Tamil but the actress is yet to give her nod to it. Speaking to a leading daily about this, Kajal Aggarwal opened up about her plans for the remake of Queen. ” I am yet to sign on the dotted line but talks are definitely in progress. I watched the original film and loved it. It was a sweet, innocent film and the storyline touched so many people. Also, it is extremely relevant to the contemporary woman in society. I am seriously considering doing this film. Let’s see how it goes,” said Kajal Aggarwal.
Talking about the films in her kitty, Kajal says,” It is great to be a part of a successful film but I prefer to do a film that helps me prove my mettle in acting. These are the kind of roles I have always wanted to do. Both films have me playing strong characters.”
After having appeared in a special number in Janatha Garage alongside Jr NTR, Kajal says the she was flooded with such offers but she rejected all of them. “Frankly, it all depends on how relevant the dance number is and how aesthetically it will be shot, besides me really wanting to do it. I usually don’t do such numbers but did Janata Garage because of the equation I share with Tarak,” adds the Magadheera actress.
