Actor Karthi—who is quite a popular name in Tamil cinema—whill soon be seen playing the role of a cop in the eagerly-awaited ‘Theeran Adhigaram Ondru’. And, as expected, he is quite excited about the same. During a recent chat with a leading daily, he opened up about the challenges he faced while shooting for the film in places such as Rajasthan and made some revelations. Recalling a scene—which required him to ride a horse—he said that he had a horrific experience when the horse refused to stop and continued running for two kilometres before finally coming to a halt.
“So when exposed to such freedom, it(the horse) just began to run. I’ve ridden a horse before, for Kashmora, but that was just within a compound. So, it was also my first horse ride in the wild!” he added.
Karthi also revealed that once he got stuck in the middle of a sandstorm and almost bled because of the sharp particles hit his skin.
“It was so bad that a crane toppled over and drone cameras got damaged. Some sand particles were sharp, and almost drew blood when they came in contact with my skin. The locals told us to cover ourselves with blankets and simply wait till it subsided,” added Karthi.
Well, we wish Karthi the very best and hope that ‘Theeran Adhigaram Ondru’ does well at the box office If all goes as planned, it will hit screens next week.
