Yesteryear actress Kasthuri recently interacted with the media and was asked a question that was put across to many celebrities and has received a mixed response from them. Kasthuri was asked about her opinion on Rajinikanth’s entry in politics and how he would fare in his political career. The actress was furious at this question and fired back at the media personnel saying there are bigger problems in Tamil Nadu than Rajinikanth turning to politics.

Kasthuri was quite fired up after she was asked this question and said that issues other than Rajinikanth’s entry into politics also need some attention. “Let’s park that question for a while and talk about other issues in Tamil Nadu. Why has Rajinikanth’s entry into politics become a national news? Since December, the situation in Tamil Nadu is unstable and someone needs to step up to the occasion to set this right. Talking about his political career at this point in time is too early,” said Kasthuri.

Few months ago, Kasthuri had met Rajinikanth at his residence in Chennai to discuss about certain things that ere not revealed. Soon after this meet, speculations started doing rounds that Kasthuri might join the political party that Rajinikanth is planning to float and make an entry into politics. Few reports also said that the actress might head the women welfare wing of the political party, however, these reports were not confirmed.  The actress lashed out at these reports and said she is not joining any political party and will not enter politics.
