Actress Lavanya Tripathi, who is one of the busiest stars in Southern cinema, has been in the news for all the wrong reasons these days. To begin with, sometime ago, she walked out of the Tamil remake of ‘100 Percent Love’ and created a buzz in the industry. Thereafter, she opted out of a film with Vijay Deverakonda and left movie buffs surprised. During a recent chat with a leading daily, Lavanya spoke about this controversy and said that people walk out of movies all the time and it should not be blown out of proportion.
“People walk out of films or opt out in this industry all the time! I just wish people stop turning everything I say, do and don’t do into a controversy. See, I’m quiet; it doesn’t mean they can write anything. I have chosen to stay quiet because it doesn’t affect me,” she added.
Besides this, the star also revealed that she had quit the ‘100 Percent Love’ remake because of creative differences. and added that she opted out of Vijay’s film courtesy a packed schedule.
“I did not take up 100% Love remake due to creative differences. The filmmakers and I were somehow not on the same page and I didn’t want regrets on both ends, so I chose not to do it. I opted out of Vijay’s next due to non-availability of dates,” added Lavanya.
Well, we hope that this sorts out the issue and puts all the controversy to rest. We also wish Lavanya the very best for her upcoming films.
