A while ago, it was announced Kamal Haasan owned Raajkamal Film International will bankroll Akshara Haasan’s second Tamil film which will feature Vikram in the lead role and will be directed by Thoongavanam director Rajesh Selva. And not much was heard about it since then. And now, according to latest reports, more developments are being heard about this film. According to latest reports, it is being learnt that veteran actor Nasser’s son, Abi Mehedhi, may make his debut in Tamil films with this yet untitled film. Reports also hint that Abi Mehedhi may pair up with Akshara Haasan in the film. However, these are yet to be confirmed by the makers and an official confirmation is awaited for.
Abi Mehedhi is the younger son of Nasser and has been in the reckoning for a while now. Abi’s brother, Luthfudeen, who has already made his debut in films with Saivam and has also acted in Parandhu Sella Vaa. It will be interesting to see how he goes about this film if these reports are to be believed.
To be directed by Kamal Haasan’s long time associate and Thoongavanaam director, this yet untitled film will have Vikram playing the lead role while Akshara Haasan will be seen in a pivotal role.

This yet untitled project will have music by Ghibran who is now becoming a household name for the Haasans.
Earlier, there were reports doing rounds that Telugu actor Nithiin has been approached to play the other male lead role in the film. However, the actor clarified stating he could not take up the role due to his prior commitments.
