Nayanthara shines as a collector in the latest trailer of Aramm

Lady superstar Nayanthara has a slew of films up her sleeve which include Velaikkaran, Aramm and couple of Telugu films. Aramm will have Nayanthara playing an IAS officer who fights for the needs for the poor in a rural area. The makers have now released the trailer of Aramm and Nayanthara looks intense in the film. Playing a collector, Nayanthara seems to be fighting for a cause of the people in a rural area. The story seems to be revolving around farmers in the state and difficulties that they face while cultivating.

Farmers in the Southern part of the nation, particularly those belonging to Tamil Nadu have been facing extreme difficulties in the last few years. Many farmers have committed suicides because of not being able to take the pressure. Lack of sufficient rains, inadequate supply of water and financial challenges top the list of reasons for the suicides. Aramm seems to be just the film that will showcase the problems of farmers. Directed by Gopi Nainar, the music of Aramm seems to be highlight of the film which is composed by Ghibran.

Ghibran, recently had said that he is honoured to part of the film and has an understanding of the problems faced since he is from a rural area. “I am extremely thankful to God for making me part of this great film. Having come from and as a person who still has my roots in underdeveloped India, this film has a lot for me to relate. It speaks about something which needed to be heard and I believe it will do its purpose, once it hits the Big screen. Thanks to my whole team: This is one more film for me which gives the satisfaction and fulfillment even before hitting the theatres,” Ghibran had said recently in an interview.
