Actress Nivedhithaa Satish will soon be making her big screen debut with a pivotal role in director Bramma’s eagerly-awaited ‘Magalirir Mattum’. And, needless to say, she is quite excited about being a part of this Jyothika starrer. During a recent interaction with a leading daily, she said that she learnt a lot while shooting for the film and enjoyed the experience to the fullest.
“We were given rehearsals for a month and I met Jyothika, Saranya Ponvannan, Urvashi and Bhanupriya mam then. We grew close and I was the pet kid! I have no regrets about not going to an acting school. Bramma sir was the best and he taught me all the nuances,” she added.
Besides this, she also opened up about her future plans and said that she would love to play happy-go-lucky characters on the big screen. She went on to add that ‘Dear Zindagi’ and ‘Irudhi Sutturu’ are some of her favourite films.
“I’d love to play roles of my age. I wouldn’t mind playing a happy-go-lucky-girl on screen, but the character should make sense on some level. Movies like Irudhi Suttru and Dear Zindagi get me excited,” she added.
Well, we wish Nivedhithaa the very best and hope that ‘Malagir Mattum’ does well at the box office.
In case you did not know, ‘Magalir Mattum’ is touted to be a drama and revolves around some friends who reunite after nearly 38 years. It will hit screens this Friday. On a related note, Nivedhithaa will next be seen in Akhil’s second film ‘Hello’.
