Paris Paris wrap up! Kajal Aggarwal and team complete Queen remakes' Europe schedule

It’s finally a wrap up for the South remake of the Hindi blockbuster Queen titled as ‘Paris Paris’. The makers of the film have wrapped up the second and final European schedule of the remake. Featuring Kajal Aggarwal, Tamannaah Bhatia, Parul Yadav and Manjima Mohan in the lead roles, the movie is expected to release this October.

The films feature music by Amit Trivedi. Choreographers Bosco-Caeser and Ganesh Acharya have shot the songs for the film. It is one of the awaited films of the year. The shooting of the film has majorly been done in London and Mysore. Paris Paris is official Tamil remake of Bollywood blockbuster film Queen starring Kangana Ranaut.

Paris Paris is a remake of the Bollywood hit ‘Queen’ and will see Kajal essay the role played by actress Kangana Ranaut in the original version. Similarly, Elli Avram will be seen essaying the character played by Lisa Haydon in ‘Queen’.

Producer Manu Kumaran stated that he was extremely happy with the quality of the footage and was excited about the 4 very different versions. Each actor has created her own version of the central character and the audience will be fascinated by the range of the interpretations.

“No one expected us to complete this project and looking back it was definitely a super brave move to take on such a complex project”, added Co-Producer Parul Yadav who is also headlining Butterfly, the Kannada version.

Queen remake is being made in four versions- The remakes have been titled, ‘Paris Paris’, ‘Butterfly’, ‘ZamZam’ and ‘That Is Mahalkshmi’. The remake versions are being directed by Ramesh Aravind (Tamil & Kannada), Neelakanta (Malayalam) and Prasanth Varma (Telugu).

The Telugu remake of Queen, titled Queen Again, is being directed by Prashanth Varma who recently took over the project from Neelakanta who opted out of the project due to unknown reasons.
