The flood-like situation in Mumbai has undoubtedly taken a toll on everyday life and brought things to a standstill. Not just the common man but celebrities too seem to be facing problems because of the situation in the commercial capital of the country. And one such individual is R Madhavan. The star, yesterday, got stuck in the rains and was forced to wade through the water after his car gave way, Opening up about the experience, Maddy said that the whole ordeal was ‘frustrating’.
“My silly car down.. had to bail and wade home in thigh deep water.. excitement and frustration,” he tweeted.

A crime-thriller it was directed by Pushkar-Gayathri and proved to be a big hit at the box office. In it, Maddy essayed the role of a cop while the versatile Vijay Sethupathi played the role of a heartless gangster.
Shortly after the film’s release, he had said that he was overwhelmed by the phenomenal response to ‘Vikram Vedha’.
“I know we had done an exceptional film and I knew it was different. But the response has been unprecedented. More importantly, it has been extremely humbling and frightening. I don’t think we expected this to have such a phenomenal feedback from around the world,” he had said.
On a related note, Maddy will next be seen in the Hindi film ‘Chanda Mama Door Ke’ which also features Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead.
