Now, Maddy’s fans have a reason to rejoice. In an exciting development, Madhavan is all set to team up with ‘Naiyyaandi’ director Sarkunam for a highly ambitious action-packed action-drama that will appeal to  kids. To be presented by ‘Orange Mittai’ producer Ganesh, it will be shot in exotic locales like Thailand and Mongolia and is going to be a magnum opus of sorts. Talking about the film, Sarkunam said that it will be a family entertainer and will go on the floors this June.

“This film is set in the backdrop of a jungle. It will be shot in Thailand, Mongolia, Tajikisthan and other parts of the world. Ghibran has been roped in as the music director, and famous Hollywood stuntman Greg Burridge who worked in the films like Harry Potter and the deathly hallows part 2 and Dracula untold has been roped in as the stunt director of this film. He was referred to me by ‘Idhu Vedhalam Sollum Kadhai’ movie’s director Rathindran Prasad. The selection of the other cast and crew is on. This film is a combination of action and adventure and is focussed on the kids. It will be an absolute family entertainer. We have planned to start the shoot from June,” he added.
