Naga Shaurya and Sai Pallavi starrer Kanam is one of the awaited films of the season. However, more than the film, something else is keeping them in the limelight. Well, Naga Shaurya had criticised his Kanam co-actor Sai Pallavi for her unprofessional behaviour on the sets. The actor had revealed that Sai Pallavi can’t tolerate when others get attention and how she behaved unprofessionally on the sets. He also went on to reveal that he couldn’t tolerate the same and went on to slam her. Well, the actress recently interacted with the media where she addressed the issue.
Addressing on the same, the actress added, “I called my director Vijay sir and asked him if I had hurt Shaurya, but he asked me not to think about it. Perhaps unintentionally, I have hurt him. I respect him as an actor. I still feel that I didn’t spend much time with him, so I don’t know where the problem lies.”
The actress was all praise for her co-star, she said, “Naga Shaurya is a silent person and doesn’t talk to anyone on the sets. But when he faces the camera, he is a different person altogether. As an actor, he is very mature.”
Describing herself as an actor, she said, “I always go crazy over every scene and have to discuss it with the director many times over. Even Sekhar Kammula who directed me in Fidaa knows this.”
She further added, “Since Naga Shaurya would keep silent, I thought that he wanted his space and some time alone. I am completely the opposite. When I work, I enjoy myself a lot and feel happy. After watching his videos, I wondered if I had hurt him, although I don’t like to hurt anyone.”
According to reports, the film will be released on April 27. Touted to be a horror-drama, the Tamil-Telugu bilingual film directed is by AL Vijay and will be released in Tamil as Karu.
