Earlier this year, the talented Simbu suffered a major setback on the professional front when is AAA bombed at the box office and received bad reviews from all quarters. These days, the film is in the limelight for the most shocking reasons possible. As it so happens, a few days ago, its producer had lashed out at STR and said that his unprofessional attitude was the reason behind the film’s debacle. He also said that he had suffered severe financial losses because of the young star.

Yesterday, during the audio launch of ‘Sakka Podu Podu Raja’, STR opened up about the controversy and blamed the producer for blowing things out of proportion. He also made it clear that nothing can ever stop him from entertaining his fans and doing what he does well.

“I know you all want me to address the issue. I accept I am also at fault here, I agree my film AAA did not do well. For fans, we did a jolly film which did not work. It should have been a 1 part film but due to the budget issue, we had to make it a 2 part film. There have been issues but what bothered me was that the producer could have told me about it rather than blowing up the issue after 6 months You can stop me from acting, but you cannot stop me from entertaining my fans. As long as I have all your love, I am not going to leave you. Please forgive me if I did anything wrong,” added STR.

Well, these are some strong words and could create a buzz in the industry. On a related note, STR will next be seen in a film to be directed by ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam. It is slated to go on the floors soon
