Simbu has always been in the limelight for two reasons. The first one for his acting career and the next is the controversies surrounding him because of the first choice. The actor was recently in the news when the producer of his last debacle AAA, S. Michael Rayappan held a press conference and spoke about Simbu’s unprofessional behavior, which has caused the producer to face heavy financial loss after the film bombed. Simbu has been keeping away from the media ever since the failure of AAA. However, in a recent interview with a leading media portal, Simbu has said “In life, you win some, you lose some and I don’t see the failure of AAA as a personal thing. I am still the same Simbu with positive outlook in life.”

The actor is expected to be present at the audio launch of actor Santhanam’s ‘Sakka Podu Podu Raja’, which will see Simbu making his debut as a music composer. He is also expected to clear the air around the recent controversies surrounding him.

On asked if he’s still a part of Mani Ratnam’s film, Simbu said ‘”Tell me, hasn’t this news been floating ever since I agreed to do a film with Mani sir? And so many people are trying hard to get me out? I am not going to comment or react to such news. I will start shooting for Mani sir’s film from January 2018.”
