During a recent interview with Times of India, Siva opened up about working with Ajith Kumar in Vivegam and said that they  shot the film in Europe as Thala wanted to give it a Hollywood feel.

“It was Ajith sir who suggested that we do a film in a Hollywood can vas. Ajith sir plays an international agent and the story required shooting it in Europe. We have shot extensively in Bulgaria, Siberia, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria,” he added.

He went on to add that he never felt nervous while directing a star of Ajith’s stature as he believes in putting in his best and leaving the rest to god.

“While working on a film, I don’t really get worked up, thinking about people’s reaction. I give my 100% to the movie. I am truthful to what I do. Hence, I think hard work pays. Moreover, I am a strong believer and am sure that God blesses those who work hard. I think the results come naturally,” added the filmmaker.

Well, that is quite a nice philosophy and we hope that ‘Vivegam’ fares well at the ticket window.
