The much-loved SJ Suryah is going through a terrific phase on the professional front, these days. He was recently seen playing Mahesh Babu’s nemesis in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual ‘Spyder’. And, as expected, he made a solid impact with his performance. Now, the filmmaker-actor is all set to lock horns with superstar Vijay in ‘Mersal’. His stylish avatar has already created a buzz amongst fans and added to the buzz surrounding the movie.

During a recent interaction with a leading website, Suryah opened up about his role and revealed that his character has two shades to it. He went on to add that he will be seen in the flashback portion.

“Let it be a surprise for the audience. All I can say is that I’ve two different shades, and my role in the flashback episode is something to watch out for. I had a lot of fun sporting a stylish look as a villain and full credit to Atlee for writing an interesting role for me,” added Suryah.

Besides this, he also praised director Atlee and said that he has a terrific style of narration as he tends to enact the scene himself.

“He performs the scene during the narration itself and he knows that’s what he’s looking for in the final cut. I picked up a lot of body language for the character from him,” he added.

Well, we wish him the very best and hope that he impresses fans with his bad guy act in ‘Mersal’. All the best!
