Amy Jackson is arguably one of the most charming and vivacious ladies in Southern cinema today. In just a few years, the young lady has carved a niche for herself thanks to her lively personality, sincere performances, and friendly nature. Moreover, she has worked with some of the most respected stars in the industry—right from Ram Charan to Vikram– and proved that she is here to stay. Now, she is in the limelight for an awesome reason.

As it so happens, Amy recently took to Twitter and shared an awesome video with her fans. In it, she can be seen burning calories during an intense boxing training session. Needless to say, she looks quite intense here and seems to be giving the session her all. That’s what we call dedication. Way to go!

Interestingly, a few days ago, Amy grabbed plenty of attention when she defended Taapsee Pannu over her ‘coconut on a navel’ remark and urged filmmakers to stop objectifying women in their films.

“If someone did that to me, I will throw the coconut right back at them. They would never do that to me because they know I am like this. Also, I have been really fortunate and have worked with some great directors and good co-stars. Not every actress has been in this situation. But being in such a situation is horrible. I would hate to have to deal with that( being hit on the midriff with a coconut)” she had added.

On a related note, this is a busy time for Amy. She will soon be seen alongside Rajinikanth in ‘2.0′. The film is touted to be a sci-fi thriller and will hit screens in 2018.
