Tik Tik Tik star Nivetha Pethuraj: Every crew member got injured but it didn’t stop us from giving our best

The lovely Nivetha Pethuraj is arguably one of the most popular stars in the Tamil film industry today. And, at present, she is gearing up for the release of ‘Tik Tik Tik’ . The film is touted to be India’s first space film and will see the young lady share screen space with the versatile Jayam Ravi. During a recent chat with a leading website, she said that it was her love for the science-fiction genre that drew her to ‘Tik Tik Tik’. She went on to add that almost each and every crew member picked up some injury or the other while shooting but that never dampened spirits.

“I love science fictions and I watch them a lot. When we receive something we really love, we invest ourself 100 per cent no? The next thing is it’s not a typical commercial movie. The shooting experience was incredibly challenging. With the harness on our body for most of the times, it will be difficult to move, breathe or do anything. Almost every member of the crew got injured while shooting but that didn’t stop us from giving our best,” she added.

In case you did not know, ‘Tik Tik Tik’ has been directed by Shakti Rajan and will hit screens on January 26.  The film also features Jayam Ravi’s son in a key role and has already created some buzz amongst fans thanks to its visual appeal. Let us see whether this helps it become a commercial success.

On a related note, at present, Nivetha also has ‘Party’ in her kitty. It is a Venkat Prabhu directorial and also has Regina Cassandra in the lead.
