Dhanush starrer Vada Chennai has finally hit screens worldwide and is receiving outstanding reviews from the audience on social media. After winning the hearts of the audience internationally, National award-winning director Vetrimaaran’s Vada Chennai has released in India amid huge expectations. The excitement around the film was quite high since last few days and finally, going by the first reviews it seems the gangster drama has managed to live up to audience expectations.

The film has already made its way to world premiere at the Pingyao Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon International Film Festival. The film has been made on a huge budget and the first part of the three-part gangster drama was in the production stage for more than two years. The film chronicles the life of Dhanush (who plays Anbu in the film) in North Chennai. He plays the role of a national level carom champion. It is all about how he gets stuck in the gangster world and what happens next forms the crux of the story. The film also stars Ameer, Aishwarya Rajesh, Andrea Jeremiah, Samuthirakani, Daniel Balaji and Kishore in prominent roles. The initial reports of the film are quite positive and fans can’t stop praising Dhanush’ role in the film.
