Rajendran has worked more with Sivaji Ganesan in many films which include hits like Galatta Kalyanam, Sumathi En Sundari and Ullasa Paravaigal. Rajendran was handed the responsibility of launching Sivaju Ganesan’s son, Prabhu, who is now a seasoned actor in Tamil and Telugu films. Rajendran is one of the first people in the Tamil film industry who made films which were ahead of time and had long shelf life.
