Tamil superstar Vikram’s dad passed away a few days ago because of age-related illness and left a void in his life. Recently, Vikram wrote a short but heartfelt note about his death and thanked him for making him a better person. The ‘I’ star also said that that he was grateful to those who stood by him during this difficult time.
“To the man who taught me that life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, but learnin to dance in the rain. You are remembered with huge fondness. #thankstoallwhogrievedwithme#
We are sorry about Vikram’s loss and hope that he stays strong this difficult time. On the work front, Vikram will soon be seen in ‘Sketch’ which is an action-thriller and has been directed by Vijay Chander. In it, he will be seen opposite Tamannaah. Besides this, he also has ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ and ‘Saamy Square’ in his kitty. ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ is a spy-thriller and has been directed by Gautham Menon. In it, Vikram will be seen alongside Aishwarya Rajesh and Ritu Varma. Sometime ago, Aishwarya had said that she really enjoyed working with him.
“Vikram sir is very encouraging… you feel an energy boost when you see him. Being a top hero, he could have easily opted for bigger heroines, but he insisted that someone like me be a part of the film. He keeps giving valuable suggestions and retains that childlike enthusiasm,” she had added.
As far as ‘Saamy Square’ is concerned, it’s an action-thriller and is being directed by Hari. In this sequel to the 2003 hit ‘Saamy’, he will be seen alongside Keerthy Suresh. Actor Bobby Simhaa will be seen essaying the antagonist in this one.
We hope that these films do well at the box office and put a smile on the faces of his fans.
