I am yet to take any decision: Rajinikanth about entering politics

It is no secret that Rajinikanth is the biggest and most successful star in Tamil cinema. He is worshiped by fans and casual movie buffs thanks to his gripping onscreen performances. Moreover, he has every now and then floored many in the industry with thanks his humble and simple nature.

Now, ‘Thalaiva’ is in the news because of a surprising reason. As it so happens, the star recently addressed rumours of entering politics in the near future and made a big revelation. Rajinikanth said that he has indeed been discussing the matter with his friends. However, at the same time, he stated that he is yet to take a call on whether to enter politics.

“I never denied it. I was discussing with them. But I am yet to take any decision (on taking a political plunge). When I decide, I will let you know,” he added.

Well, it goes without saying that this is an interesting situation indeed and it will be worth watching how things play out in the near future,

On a related note, Rajinikanth is currently shooting for ‘Kaala’. The film is touted to be a mob-drama and features the veteran actor in the role of a gangster. It is being directed by Ranjith and also features Bollywood star Huma Qureshi in an important role..

Besides ‘Kaala’, Rajinikanth also has ‘2.0’ in his kitty. The film is a sequel to ‘Enthiran’ and has been directed by Shankar. Besides Rajini, it features Amy Jackson in the lead while Akshay kumar plays the baddie.
