The iconic Rajinikanth is arguably one of the biggest names in Indian cinema today. A veteran in every sense, he enjoys a strong fan following thanks to his down-to-earth nature, larger-than-life onscreen image, and near perfect family life. Moreover, fans consider him to be a source of inspiration as he is a self-made star in the truest sense.

Now, there is some terrific news for the superstar’s well-wishers. In an exciting development, earlier today, Rajinikanth began dubbing for ‘Kaala’ and created quite a buzz amongst movie buffs. Some pics of the same are going viral. And, judging by them, ‘Thalaiva’ seems to be enjoying the experience a lot.  We are sure that these photos will add to the buzz surrounding the film and make the wait for it even more difficult.

In case you did not know, ‘Kaala’ is touted to be a crime-drama and features Rajini in the role of a gangster. The film has been directed by Pa Ranjith and marks his second collaboration with Rajini. The two had previously collaborated for ‘Kabali’ and received rave reviews for their work.

Besides Rajini, it also features Huma Qureshi in the lead. Sometime ago, the Bollywood diva had praised Rajinikanth and said that he is the humblest person she has ever worked with.

“It’s an amazing experience to work with Rajinikanth. When he walks, everybody becomes silent and make space for him. For me, the most beautiful thing with him is the simplicity he carries. He is such a humble person. I have never seen a superstar who is so humble, who is so simple and down-to-earth,” she had told a leading daily.

On a related note, this is a busy time for Rajinikanth. Besides ‘Kaala’, he also has ‘2.0’ in his kitty. The film is touted to be a sci-fi thriller and has been directed by maverick filmmaker S Shankar.
